 Independence Day

We at Prayash Charitable Trust celebrate Independence Day every year on the 15th of August, paying tribute to the sacrifices of our ancestors who fought for our nation’s freedom. The national flag is proudly hoisted by the president, and cultural programs are organized, where children and students participate in various activities, expressing their patriotism.

 Republic Day

On the 26th of January, we joyfully commemorate Republic Day, marking the day when our constitution came into effect, symbolizing India’s complete independence. This day promotes unity and the importance of our constitution. We proudly hoist flags on our trust premises, bringing people together to reflect on our shared values and the strength of our nation.

 Netaji Jayanti

Every 23rd of January, we commemorate the birthday of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, a figure of immense pride in Bengal and a revered patriot in our nation’s freedom struggle. On this day, we pay heartfelt tribute to his sacrifices and legacy. Cultural events are organized to impart his teachings and philosophy, inspiring children to uphold his values and principles. Our aim is to guide the younger generation along the path of greatness, inspired by the indomitable spirit of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose

 Rakhi Bandhan

Rakhi Purnima is a significant occasion for us as we come together to celebrate Rakhi Bandhan. Beyond the sibling bond, our organization’s members unite to honor the broader human connection. On this day, we tie sacred threads on each other’s wrists, symbolizing mutual respect and care. We also distribute dry food and nutritious cooked mean among the local people. It’s a special occasion that emphasizes the importance of the human bond and strengthens our commitment to supporting and nurturing one another.
